Fall Employment 2017


December 28:
Fall 17 Employment Ends

Students will need a Spring 18 award to continue working after this date.

 

Spring Employment 2018


December 29
Spring 18 Employment Begins:

Students who do not have a FWS award for Spring must not begin working until approved by the coordinator (via Employer Login or by request).

January 8-12
Add/Drop/Swap Deadline:

Students must submit a current Award Summary and Class Schedule to their employer after the Add/Drop/Swap deadline to ensure their information is accurate. Students must be enrolled at least half-time to continue working.

May 3
Spring 18 Employment Ends:

Student must have a Summer 18 award to continue working after this date. This award will be posted separate from the Fall/Spring award.

May 4
Summer FWS Employment Begins

Student who do not have a FWS for Summer must not begin working until approved by coordinator (via Employer Login or by request).
