Summer Employment 2017


May 5
Summer FWS Employment Begins

Student who do not have a FWS for Summer must not begin working until approved by coordinator (via Employer Login or by request).

May 15-19
Add/Drop/Swap Deadline

Students must submit a current Award Summary and Class Schedule to their employer after the Add/Drop/Swap deadline to ensure their information is accurate. Students must be enrolled at least half-time to continue working.

August 10
Summer FWS Employment Ends

Students will need to Fall award to continue working after this date.

August 11
Fall FWS Employer Begins

Students who do not have a FWS award for Fall but not begin working until approved by FWS Coordinator

August 21-25
Fall Add/Drop/Swap Deadline

Students must submit a current award summary and class schedule to their employer after the Add/Drop/Swap deadline to ensure their information is accurate. Students must be enrolled at least half-time to continue working.

December 28
Fall Employment Ends

Students will need a Spring award to continue working after this date.
