Brain Bowl Scholarship Renwal Eligibility

Brain Bowl Scholarship Appeal Process
Students that fail to meet renewal for Satisfactory Academic Progress based on medical or emergency, may submit an appeal.
The Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal form can be downloaded here. Additional instructions may be found on the appeal form.
Students seeking a deferment must complete a Scholarship Appeal Form and submit a letter indicating the reason for the request, along with supporting documentation. The appeal must be submitted no later than two months prior to the start of the semester in which the deferment is being requested.

To appeal, the student must:
- Complete the Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal Form.
- Attach documentation that supports the specified circumstance(s) to the appeal form.
- Meet with their Academic Advisor and work with them to complete the Academic Plan portion of the SAP Appeal.
- Submit the appeal and the supporting documentation to the Office of Student Financial Assistance.
