Community College
Transfer Reinstatement
(Scholarship Appeal Process)

If you fall below the hours or GPA requirements, you will be taken off of the scholarship program. If extenuating circumstances caused you to do poorly, you may submit a Scholarship Appeal Form. All Transfer Community College Scholarship appeals must be received in the Office of Student Financial Assistance no later than June 30th.

Students who would like to request a semester off of the scholarship program must submit the appeal the semester prior to the semester they plan to be away.

When appealing the loss of the scholarship due to the late submission of the FAFSA submit the appeal only after you confirm the university has successfully received the FAFSA from the federal processor for the correct aid year.

The Scholarship Appeal Form can be downloaded from our Web site.  Additional instructions may be found on the Scholarship Appeal Form.
