Reinstatement/Restoration

What is this application for?

1. Reinstatement
Reinstatement application refers to an eligible student (someone who has not previously failed to meet renewal requirements for the award) who did not receive funding during the previous academic year. No academic transcript is required to be submitted with a reinstatement application.

2. Restoration
Restoration application refers to a student who did not meet the GPA renewal requirement during a renewal evaluation period from 2008-2009 or earlier, but met the GPA requirement in a subsequent renewal evaluation period.

Effective for the renewal period ending in 2009-2010, those who fail to meet the minimum credit hour renewal requirements or GPA renewal requirements at the end of 2009-2010 will have the opportunity to restore their award in a subsequent academic year.  

*Restoration is a one-time opportunity.
